About the Series:
In partnership with the PlanTech National Working Groups, PIA has been developing a comprehensive PlanTech agenda, to ensure planners are empowered to harness the possibilities of PlanTech. This Webinar Series offers an applied introduction to PlanTech, focusing on practical examples, lessons, and insights, with reference to three pillars of planning.
Presenter:
Brook Dixon, Managing Director, Delos Delta Expert in both smart city strategy and project delivery, Brook is recognised as one of Australia’s pre-eminent smart city practitioners. He is the former president of the Australian Smart Communities Association, where he worked with members to improve smart tech capacity, investment and results. As a Churchill Fellow, Brook has visited and studied the drivers of digital transformation in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Brook is also an experienced economist, public sector executive, public speaker, change manager, and policy analyst. |

Nathan Rooke, Urban Planner, Whitehorse City Council Nathan is at the coalface of implementing the planning system in Victoria, assessing applications at local council.
