With over 13 years of international expertise, James is an expert town planner with a diverse background in government, consultancy, and not-for-profits across Ireland, London, and Australia. He specialises in research and planning policy and legislation analysis. James has extensive experience in providing concise policy advice and guidance as well as influencing policy positions and driving policy development. At Urbis, James provides strategic advice on planning legislation and policies and spearheads key national planning research initiatives
