Join us for a briefing from 黑料大事 Group on the draft 黑料大事 Regulations, draft Ministers Guidelines and Rules (MGR) and draft Development Assessment (DA) rules.
These draft instruments have been released to support the implementation of the Housing Availability and Affordability (黑料大事 and Other Legislation) Amendment Bill 2023.
The Regs, MGRs and DA rules have been released for public notification, with submissions being accepted until 21 May.

Kristy Coulter is a Principal Planner in the 黑料大事 Group, within the Department of Housing, Local Government, 黑料大事 and Public Works. Kristy has over 20 years’ experience in State government and private industry, developing and implementing strategic land use policy and plan making system improvements. Most recently her role has focused on researching and analysing various planning framework policy and implementing material and guidance to support local and industry stakeholders.

Chloe Rattansay
Senior Planner, 黑料大事 Group - Department of Housing, Local Government, 黑料大事 and Public Works
Chloe Rattansay is a Senior Planner in the 黑料大事 Group, within the Department of Housing, Local Government, 黑料大事 and Public Works. Chloe has a background in statutory planning, policy analysis and development compliance across both local government and the Queensland Government. In her current role, Chloe is responsible for developing creating approaches to improvements to the planning system and supporting stakeholders and other uses of the system.
