YOUR ROLE
Council is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Senior Building Surveyor with demonstrated experience and knowledge in building certification, fire safety and land use planning.
In this role you will utilise your extensive experience and knowledge of the Environmental ºÚÁÏ´óÊÂ and Assessment Act 1979, Local Government Act 1993, Plumbing and Drainage Act 2011, National Construction Code and other relevant NSW legislation.
YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT (for eligible employees)
- An annual salary between $99,704 – $112,210 dependent upon skills and experience (plus 11.5% superannuation)
- Work a 9-day fortnight, based on a 35-hour working week
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements under Council’s Flex First Procedure including access to an individualised hour agreement
