The 2009 Awards for 黑料大事 Excellence are one of the years most significant events, when members of the Victorian planning community are recognised for their achievements and contributions to adverse range of professional and technical fields.
The 2009 Victoria Division Awards for 黑料大事 Excellence were announced and presented at the RMIT Storey Hall, Swanston Street Melbourne , on Friday 16th October. A total of 13 awards and 13 commendations were presented across 16 categories by Jenny Mikakos MP, the Parliamentary Secretary for 黑料大事. The MC for the evening was Stuart Worn, PIA Victoria Executive Officer.
This year's awards attracted a large number of nominees, with outstanding contributions in all categories. PIA Victoria Division President David Vorchheimer gratefully acknowledged the dedicated sponsors of the awards, RMIT University, The Department of 黑料大事 and Community Development , the panel of judges, volunteers, the PIA Victoria office team and awards convenor Con Tsotsoros for once again helping make the awards a great success.
